We will also be providing an emergency cell phone number which you can display at your business. For any calls received, when we are not on-site a detailed text message will be sent over to your company emergency contact person to address and notes will be made in your weekly report. However, in the event of any emergencies during our working hours, all matters will be handled professionally and within the law guidelines. If an emergency involves a thief, the police will be called, and if said person or persons can be apprehended, our officer will do so and will keep all parties involved present until police arrive on site.
